Catalogue financing
Artists, labels: fund your future through your music.
Transfer all or part of your future music revenue and turn it into capital for the projects you are building today.
A new album, a promotion campaign, the development of your label or a personal project: KAA Production reviews one track, a selection or a full catalogue, then prepares a transaction around the scope you choose to transfer.
- 50-100%
- of owned and transferable master rights can be reviewed
- 24 h
- for a first indicative proposal after the necessary information is received
- Up to 8x
- annual revenue attributable to the transferred share
Scope
From one track to a full catalogue
You do not have to include every recording. KAA studies individual tracks, curated selections and complete catalogues, with transactions that may cover 50 to 100% of the master rights you own when those rights are transferable.
When only part of the rights or revenue is transferred, you keep the revenue attached to the retained share under the terms of the agreement.
Objective
A transaction built around your next move
Finance a new album, video, campaign or touring push.
Give a label more room for new signings or promotion.
Release capital for a personal or company project.
Move forward without waiting years for future royalty payments.
Rights
Masters, receivables and publishing are reviewed separately
Master rights
The core offer concerns master rights that you own and can transfer, from 50 to 100% of the eligible share.
Assignment of receivables
A receivables structure may be reviewed separately when the revenue flow and contracts allow it.
Publishing rights
Publishing is reviewed in this acquisition context only when the master rights are part of the same transaction.
